We now offer organic sugar in bulk form. Kombucha tea requires a good source of sugar for long term brewing and culture health. We use this same sugar for all our brewing needs, from growing culture to making bottled tea. This is our suagr of choice since we started brewing kombu cha in the begining of 2000.
