DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!Oct 21, 2009
The worst customer service I have ever encountered! They NEVER get back to you and instead of giving a credit (as promised) they charged me again! I now also doubt the quality of their cultures, because both of the ones I ordered didn't work and I followed the instructions perfectly. My suggestion....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! FYI...they also have a grade of "F" on the Better Business Bureau website for the same issue of poor customer service.

Poor customer service and communicationOct 15, 2009
Be prepared to wait a long time for this company's products esp the live cultures. Better to purchase on places such as Ebay. You also will not get any customer service- no phone number to call , no response to emails, high restocking fees. My order took over 3 weeks - I emailed to change my order 2 days after ordering , no response and then they shipped it all anyway 3 weeks later. Quality of cultures may be suspect since obviously they are getting them elsewhere.Never again Charcoal Tablets - 10 briquets/pk
